Close to downtown area.

No air conditioning. Floor had a slope.

I would not include this in the same category as the Holiday Inn in Astoria, right down the street, which has the same number of stars, I believe, in your rating. The Holiday Inn is new - this hotel is worn and in need of an upgrade. Plus it has no means of air conditioning that I could determine. Room was large, clean, comfortable, sparsely but tastefully furnished. Staff was polite and responsive. Refrigerator, microwave, free wi-fi included.
